This dry rub is super easy to make and delicious with various sorts of meat, such as pork and duck.

The dry rub is called 5-4-3-2-1. This stands for the number of scoops per ingredient. Chinese five-spice powder is added to the dry rub. This is a powerful seasoning based on star anise and spicy pepper.

  • 5 el bruine suiker
  • 4 el zeezout grof
  • 3 el zwarte peper vers gemalen
  • 2 el Chinees vijfkruidenpoeder
  • 1 el uienpoeder


  • Doe alle ingrediënten in een kom en meng het geheeld goed met elkaar.
