Sweet & smokey dry rub

This dry rub provides a sweet and smoky flavour to beef or pork.

  • 50 gr sea salt coarse
  • 30 gr granulated sugar
  • 30 g smoked paprika powder
  • 30 gr paprika powder
  • 20 gr brown sugar
  • 10 gr smoked salt
  • 2 tbsp black pepper freshly grounded
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp grinded coffee
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp allspice powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper


  • Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir well together.
