- 50 gr sea salt coarse
- 30 gr granulated sugar
- 30 g smoked paprika powder
- 30 gr paprika powder
- 20 gr brown sugar
- 10 gr smoked salt
- 2 tbsp black pepper freshly grounded
- 2 tbsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp grinded coffee
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp allspice powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
