With this recipe you blend delicious tropical flavours together in a smoothie. If there are two flavours that go well together, they are pineapple and coconut. In addition to coconut milk, we also add coconut grater for an extra coconut sensation.
You can peel and cut a pineapple yourself, but if you want convenience, you can also buy frozen pineapple cubes. By doing this the smoothie will be cold in an instant. Keep in mind that the blender can break the ice easily.

Pineapple banana smoothie with coconut
- 250 gr pineapple frozen cubes
- 1 banana
- 100 ml yoghourt
- 200 ml coconut milk unsweetened
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
