At first you might think that coffee and meat don’t go well together, but nothing could be further from the truth. This coffee rub adds a surprisingly nice sweet and spicy taste to the meat. I use it in combination with different types of beef, instead of salt and pepper, such as picanha and bavette. But it is also delicious on chicken or pork shoulder.
